The Uplift Initiative Foundation was born from personal experience — from knowing what it feels like to build something from nothing, while navigating life's hardest chapters.
As a single mother, cancer warrior, and entrepreneur, Rose knows firsthand that the biggest barrier to building a business isn't lack of talent or drive — it's lack of access. Access to resources, mentorship, tools, and community.
The Uplift Initiative exists to change that. Our mission is to remove barriers, provide practical tools, and empower single parents and aspiring entrepreneurs to create sustainable, independent futures.
